Built in December 2019 with Great views of Tampa Bay, This is a 3 level townhome with first entry, second floor living space with a spacious living dining room with seating for 7, comfortable and well appointed kitchen, 1/2 bath on the first floor with a sleeper sofa and two very nice balconies. The upper floor has the Master and Guest rooms with individual balconies a shared bathroom and a full size washer and dryer. This unit does not have access to the use of the garage and cannot block the carport - guests must use the public parking spaces across from the building During Covid19 we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Check with Resort for their reduced amenity hours - Pool hours have changed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with social distancing and capacity limits, check with Resort for changing requirements depending on your party's size. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not being rented, we recommend you bring your own... we provide beach towels... coolers are not allowed at the beach, but you can keep the coolers in your trunk as parking is very close to the sand or get your drinks from the Tiki Bar. Water sport rentals are not operating, we have kayaks for rent which are sanitized on every rental, only 24 hr. rentals are available for kayaks and bikes, during the pandemic. Jacuzzi and basketball are closed. Little Harbor Marina is functioning and renting boats and slips, fishing charters and bay tours are operating. The INN"s lobby has been relocated to Harborside Suites, check with reception for other amenity restrictions. We are pet friendly however, we do have pet restrictions. Do not book with a pet without first obtaining a pet approval.
