Rustic Modern 1 BR in Sunny Seabright

Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet. The space Our place is unique in that it is 2 units, a duplex, with one place situated upstairs and the other at street level. This 1 bedroom sits below a 3 bedroom that is also available for vacation rentals, thus often there are guests staying upstairs. We have added sound proofing materials to the flooring above as well as extra insulation in the ceilings to help reduce the sound transfer. It has helped significantly but of course its not sound proof. We do ask the upstairs tenants to be especially mindful when there are guests below. You can mainly hear foot fall (most when there are kids) or running water. The space is most comfortable for 2, or family of 4. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment as well as the laundry room which is located near the carport. You are welcome to use the secure, enclosed side yard if you need to lock up bikes etc... Info to access is found inside. That area is a shared space as well as the Laundry room. Other things to note There is often guests staying in the upstairs apartment and we ask them to be mindful of their foot fall, not run or jump around. If there are younger kids staying then more likely to hear them. You will of course hear walking around and water running. Also we encourage you to remove your shoes as it helps to keep down the sand and dirt and promotes better sanitization.
