Room with a view; B&B de Koepeltjes (2nd floor)

Room with a View is a spacious double suite. On the 3rd floor and bright and cozy. With a private entrance, a workplace, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large roof terrace! Breakfast costs 11 euros pp. B&B de Koepeltjes is located in a green suburb of Zoetermeer. Our guests are often amazed by the tranquility in the middle of the Randstad! The expansive Westerpark is steps away. You will be in Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Gouda and Delft & on the beach in no time. The space The Room with a View is on the second floor of B&B de Koepeltjes. The suite has its own entrance, a hall with a workplace and kitchenette facilities (fridge, microwave, coffee and tea), a private bathroom and of course a bedroom with a cozy sitting area. The room also has its own terrace with beautiful views and (in suitable weather) the lounge set is already waiting for you! We are of course online. Guest access Guests of the Room with a View have access to their own suite on the 2nd floor. It includes a bedroom with sitting area, landing/hallway, bathroom, roof terrace and extra hallway with coat rack etc. On the way there, they pass the shared front door, the hall and the stairwell. These are shared with the guests of 1 other suite. Downstairs is a breakfast kitchen. B&B guests can enjoy a delicious "homemade breakfast" here. Upon request, it is also possible to cook here and use the dining table for dinner. We ask you to leave the kitchen clean and tidy again (there is a dishwasher). Guests who order homemade breakfast always have priority in the morning around breakfast time when using the kitchen. During your stay Hostess or host are easily accessible and live in the adjacent house. We are happy to welcome you but respect your privacy. Other things to note We are not a Bed & Breakfast for nothing. ;-) Breakfast can always be ordered for ten euros per person, and for children and families, adjusted prices apply (subject to price increases). Please let us know in advance because of the groceries, and we will do our best! There is a washing machine and a dryer in the B&B; washing and drying is possible, but there is a fee for this.
