Please note that this is our full time home and thus is a “lived in” family home to 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and thus comes with all that goes with a family home. We invite you to use anything and everything😊 Our home is not suitable for guests who prefer a “vacation ” apartment or hotel room vibe! *Dogs live and come to stay in our home along with their furry coats!!! *Bunnies live on the premises in a hutch.They have a carer who feeds them during your stay without disturbing you. The space Beautiful open plan design on lower living area comprising a large sunken family living room which is divided from dining space by stunning European double glass 5ft gas fire place. Large modern open plan kitchen with counter stools for 6 and rear casual sitting room and another European wood burning fireplace, sofa, armchairs and a little nook with bistro table and chairs. Rear outdoor entertaining area has various sitting areas, sofas, hammock, gas fire pit and grill. Decks surround sunken 15ft x 9ft pool with jetted corner seat. This pool is kept at 90’ as there is also a separate hot tub. More sitting areas out front of house for those afternoon sundowners! There is a small office off the dining area which will sleep an extra person on a single sofa bed chair. Upstairs comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: The “Baseballer’s” Bedroom has 2 Full size beds, clothes unit and free standing clothes hanger and a tv on wall. The “Mountain Biker’s” Bedroom has a Queen size bed, chests of drawers, desk and chair and a free-standing clothes hanger. The “Master” bedroom has a King size bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanger and small sofa and side table in bay window area. There is a beautiful newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and tub. At the top of the stairs is the other bathroom which also has a sink in tub and shower. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on lower level also. Lastly, the location is just a minutes walk to West Cliff Drive Ocean/Beach road/pedestrian/bike path. If you stand at the end of driveway you can see the Ocean to the left and Santa Cruz hills to the right. A short walk in the opposite direction of the ocean will take you to various coffee shops, surf shops, homewares and boutiques along with the wonderful eating and drinking spots which offer the fares of our local wineries, breweries, Gin Distilleries and often amazing food trucks. Guest access The entire home as described is accessible to guests. The garage is not accessible. Other things to note As it’s our full time home we do not empty our cupboards!! We invite all our guests to utilize anything in the home including non- perishable food items etc. If we have left it guests may use it!!
