Villa Magnolia is an intimate property designed for families seeking a peaceful seaside retreat. All rooms and apartments have their own kitchenettes, and there is also a spacious, shared kitchen and an atmospheric dining room available to guests. There is a unique Montessori playground, a garden, a conservatory, a playroom, a swimming pool, and bicycles. The wide, sandy beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away. It's a place where children discover the world and adults truly relax. The space A cozy room located on the second floor, perfect for 2-4 people. The room has a comfortable double bed (160/200) and a sofa bed (130/195), making it perfect for both couples and families with children. The room has a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob and a set of pots, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, and the necessary dishes. The window overlooking a quiet street provides plenty of natural light, while mosquito nets and blinds enhance the comfort of your stay. Guests also have a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to all the amenities of Villa Magnolia – a shared kitchen and dining room, a garden, a seasonal swimming pool, free bicycles, and a unique Montessori playground. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the property. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped, shared kitchen connected to a cozy dining room and a relaxation area with comfortable sofas. Board games, books, and a seasonal garden pool (open during the summer vacation period) are also available. There is a playroom for children and a small library on the second floor. Guests can use the bicycles and the entire garden free of charge, including the original Montessori playground, gazebos, relaxation areas and numerous attractions for children and adults.
