You will stay in an all on one level, spacious 1,600 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach and is only one block from the beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house is ideal for families and couples gatherings and friends retreats and pets are welcome. King size bed with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, Queen bed and daybed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. An additional pull-out sofa is available in a living room. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are available for your convenience. High speed WiFi, 58-inch TV (we do not subscribe to cable channels, only streaming applications are available via Roku TV), DVD/CD player (and a collection of DVDs), access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Plenty of board games and cards and selection of books are provided for your entertainment. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family and pets. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water's edge and get in the morning jog on an endless private beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see! "Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (we offer substantial discounts for monthly bookings ). Utilities are not included for rentals longer than 30 days - you would have to pay for water, electricity and WiFi cable. Cleaning fee for longer term rentals (30 days and longer) is $200. Other rules: 1) No loud noises on the outside deck or in the yard after 10PM per city ordinance. 2) Additional day guests (above 5 persons) are $30/person/day. 3) We ask that adults do not sleep on top of bunk beds as the beds are built for children. Please verify number of guests accordingly. 4) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - it will depend on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up all your trash both inside the house and in the yard and put everything where you found it. 5)ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE NOR ON THE UPPER DECK - THE FEE FOR SMOKING IS $250. If you smoke on the lower level deck – please remove all debris from smoking such as ashes and cigarette butts. 6) If you do not check out on time (11AM) - you will be charged an additional night. 7) If you are bringing a pet – please collect all pet waste (poop, etc.) from the yard and in front of the fence, place into poop bags and dispose securely prior to departure.
