Beautiful Ocean Views From balcony! Steps to Beach

My place is close to public transport and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space THIS CONDO IS ON THE OCEAN...The balcony is facing the pier and because your on the 3rd floor you have cover above (since there is a 4th floor) but you can sit on balcony even if it's raining and enjoy the views. you can see the intercostal and the ocean. POOL AND DECK AND STAIRS ARE REBUILT AND OPEN!! .KING BED Westin Heavenly Bed - Nordstrom ALSO you can see the OCEAN from the kitchen and the dining table. also update January 2023 new large dresser in condo. The BEACH is just steps away...maybe 50 steps...you can't get any closer. Guest access The Condo has a beautiful LARGE pool that is ON THE BEACH, also a huge deck/BBQ and lounge chairs available to sit by the pool and enjoy the ocean breezes. Also the lobby has a common area to enjoy family board games/play cards etc. Also the lobby area has WIFI for guests and private internet in room Other things to note There are many folks that call that condo home. So please be considerate of those that live in the complex. The condo is very clean and very well kept. There are condo rules which will be on display in the unit upon your arrival. Some of the basic rules are No excessive noise, can't hang items over the balcony to dry(BUT WASHER AND DRYER are available) NO glass around pool.
