My place is close to public transport and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. THIS CONDO IS ON THE OCEAN...The balcony is facing the pier and because your on the 3rd floor you have cover above (since there is a 4th floor) but you can sit on balcony even if it's raining and enjoy the views. you can see the intercostal and the ocean. The BEACH is just steps away...maybe 50 steps...you can't get any closer. The Condo has a beautiful LARGE pool that is ON THE BEACH, also a huge deck/BBQ and lounge chairs available to sit by the pool and enjoy the ocean breezes. Also the lobby has a common area to enjoy family board games/play cards etc. Also the lobby area has WIFI for guests and private internet in room If anything is needed please don't hesitate to to let us know. We want your stay to be SPECTACULAR and we want you to be a return guest. We have provided everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, boogie board and for after a day at the beach enjoy a movie on the blue ray player with BOSE sound system and HIGH Def. TV. TWO GREAT VIEWS FROM ONE BALCONY! POOL DECK ALL.OPEN JANUARY 2024 Parking is FREE but do make sure you fill out the registration card upon your arrival. Also just 4-5 miles from condo is BEAUTIFUL PONCE INLET with fabulous restaurants, great views and a really pretty lighthouse...a must see. We are just 5 minutes to Daytona Beach and Just 2 miles to nearest grocery store. IF.YOUR COMING FOR BIKE WEEK NO trailers in parking lot but south of condo is a church that allows parking for a small fee..bikes are welcome There are many folks that call that condo home. So please be considerate of those that live in the complex. The condo is very clean and very well kept. There are condo rules which will be on display in the unit upon your arrival. Some of the basic rules are No excessive noise, can't hang items over the balcony to dry(BUT WASHER AND DRYER are available) NO glass around pool.
