A semi-private Sardis Lake beach is just a 3 min. walk away. The house has a covered deck with 4 cozy recliners, 2 grills, a mounted TV and an outdoor woodburning fireplace. This 2000 sf, 3 Bedroom/2 bath home sits in one of the only residential spots on Sardis Lake, embedded in Corps of Engineers land. Super peaceful. Extremely quiet, beautiful area. House is clean and spacious with a modern kitchen. Subzero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf stovetop and two Viking ranges along with an icemaker. The master has a four-poster king size bed. The other two bedrooms have full size beds. There's a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide a door code to each guest just before arrival. Call or text any time if you need anything. This is one of the only pockets of residential on all of Sardis Lake. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. Walk or drive. GETTING TO THE BEACH: Technically, you can walk out our back yard and take a right and walk across the part of the land on which the neighbor’s Ark playground is placed. That is outside of the private property lines and is federal, public land. However, to avoid feeling like you are crossing their yard, you can simply walk out the driveway and take a left and walk almost to the cul de sac and take a left down the pathway to the left of an unoccupied weathered wood house with a green metal roof. That takes you to the same trail. Take a right at the bottom of that hill and you will be on the beach. This area of the beach is essentially private since. However, all of the beach area is public around all of Sardis Lake. Please do not go right and go down the asphalt driveway at the end of the road. That is a private drive, and the owner does not want people going down his driveway to the beach.
