Mediterranean country house in Alicante

We have designed our space by renovating an old farmhouse, so typical of the Mediterranean area and, in particular, the province of Alicante. A small pool, a chill-out space under the olive trees, and a large barbecue will allow you to enjoy the natural environment in which our accommodation is located in an exclusive way. If you're looking to rest away from the noise and rediscover the sound of birds, which changes in each season, we've created a space for you to do so. The space The house has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV and sofa bed. Integrated kitchen, separated from the living room by an American bar. A separate room with a double bed and TV. Toilet and wifi. Outdoors you can enjoy our chill-out space, built with recycled materials and located under the century-old olive tree that presides over our front garden. The rear area has a removable pool 3.70 meters in diameter, a large barbecue with countertop, sink, parasols, table and seats. The land where the accommodation is located was used for years to cultivate olive trees and vines, so we have decided to preserve specimens of both species. Fifteen majestic olive trees will welcome you when you enter our space, which has a 75 m² house, with a barbecue and a removable pool (3.70 diameter, 72 height, enabled from May 15 to October 15), nestled on a 2,500 m² plot. In our commitment to the environment, we have planted fruit trees typical of regional agriculture, mainly citrus fruits, in this space. For the irrigation of the entire environment, we have preserved the irrigation service that supplies the farmers in the area, assuming responsible water consumption, and we supply electricity to the house through solar panels, which cannot be used with appliances with resistances such as dryers or clothes or hair irons. Services and common areas The space includes three garage spaces, a garden area with olive groves, a removable pool (3.70 diameter x 72 high, enabled from May 15 to October 15), a chill-out space, a gallery and a large barbecue with a sink, bench and parasols so you can enjoy authentic days in the countryside with all the comforts. We accept pets in our accommodation, as long as you prevent them from climbing on the sofa and bed. The house has a wifi network with 4G connection and Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT).
