This is a unique and breathtaking place to stay. Close to beautiful Carrickalinga Beach, voted SA’s finest by Lonely Planet, and world famous wine region in McLaren Vale, the choice to stay indoors with a sumptuous wine list or head out and enjoy the wineries of the region is a hard decision. Staying a few days and doing both is the only option! The Lodge is also ideally situated for doing the famous Wild South Coast Way walk on the southern Fleurieu Peninsula or transferring to the ferry terminal for Kangaroo Island, which is only 25 minutes south of the lodge. The lodge is also 25 minutes from the Kangaroo Island Ferry terminal at Cape Jervis.
