Secluded Florida Beach Bungalow-best of both worlds-BEACH TIME & FISHING TIME!!

The Spotted Grouper is a delightful secluded Florida beach bungalow surrounded by twisted Sand Live Oaks. We are located on Bald Point beside Alligator Point, FL in a small, quiet beach neighborhood along the Forgotten Coast, surrounded by Bald Point State Park. The house is 100 yards from the Gulf - to get there just walk down Grouper Street to the water-there are no streets to cross. It is a very secluded natural beach with lots of sea life where you can enjoy all the beauty of nature. You have gulf views from the living room as well as the porch and patio and the sound of the ocean can lull you to sleep at night. The fishing is fantastic, as are the local restaurants and seafood markets. The house is at ground level so you don't have stairs to climb which makes it very convenient for carrying suitcases and groceries into the home. It sleeps 6 with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed and also has a sleeper sofa in the LR. We are 45 miles south of Tallahassee, 340 miles due south of Atlanta. The Spotted Grouper makes a perfect getaway if you like a quiet area that DOESN'T have a crowded beach with abundant wildlife and nature reminiscent of "Old Florida".
