Parking for 6 per City. The space > Chill Pill Destin is a 4,000 sq ft house with 3 floors and you are renting the entire house. No shared spaces with anyone outside of your party. >GOLF CART: March 1, 2026 stays and after will have a golf cart included with your stay. You are allowed three drivers age 25 or older, one of which must be the booking person. ALL THREE drivers must complete online liability waiver and upload the required driver's license and insurance card before having access to the golf cart key. > LONG list of beach supplies provided including about a dozen beach towels, several additional folding sand chairs, multiple rolling coolers, whatever floats, boogie boards and sand toys are there (left by prior guests). We have an outdoor "shed" attached to house that is full of supplies and also where we keep the kayak and SUP. > While we try to maintain all these supplies, there are no guarantees of condition (sometimes goes unreported) and no compensation if any of these supplies are missing or not in good condition Guest access The entire house is yours. About two weeks before arrival, you'll received a comprehensive check-in packet by email. Your door code will be provided and is only good for the exact dates of your stay. Other things to note >MAX of 12 adults. No one over age 12 in a bunk bed. >MINIMUM age to book is 25. If you are a non-family and all-adult group, EACH person in the group must be 25. No chaperoned groups, no spring breakers, no events. >Pool heat is $35/day, heated to 88 degrees. Discretionary as long as weather makes it possible. >PARKING for 6 vehicles, no RVs, campers, trailers, water toys like boats or jet skis are allowed, and no commercial vehicles. NO STREET PARKING per the HOA and they will fine you. HOA rules are included in your check-in packet and also on the kitchen counter when you arrive. The City of Destin determines our parking capacity so the number of vehicles is not negotiable.
