Be the first to stay in this brand new construction! Fabulous condo with nice finishes and new furniture. Everything you need for a great getaway on the mountain! It's reliably 10-15 degrees cooler at the top! You have this entire condo to yourself. 1 bedroom with two full baths sleeps 4 comfortably. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are nicely appointed with your comfort in mind. Granite in kitchen and both baths; lvp flooring throughout. The bedroom has a queen bed and private master bath with jacuzzi tub. Additional guests can enjoy a separate full guest bath off the hallway and sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed. The deck has ample seating and a wooded view. If you want to stay in and relax, this is the place. However, if adventure is calling, the condo serves as a great base of operations for activities, as golf, fishing, hiking, wineries/breweries are nearby to make a day of it. Two wide half-flights of steps to the condo door! (Many Wintergreen condos have scores of stairs!) We know you don't want to leave your pets behind; they are welcome here!! Free wifi with Netflix and HuluPlus accounts already added for you--no cable. The entire place is yours! I am very responsive and generally easy to get in touch with but won't be lurking around. :) The condo is located in the upper section of Wintergreen, Devil's Knob, which is more quiet and relaxed than the Ski Lodge area but just a few minutes away from that hustle and bustle. Within walking distance is a cafe and wine shop, a stunning overlook (looking west for sunsets) and a dog park. In the spring, summer, and fall: tennis, golf, hiking and fishing. Swimming at the community pool or the local creeks and rivers. In the winter: Free ski shuttle stops directly out front and delivers you to the slopes. The condo includes a fireplace, free firewood, and lockable ski locker. Year round: great restaurants, breweries, wineries are an easy (15 minute) drive and destinations like Crabtree Falls, Monticello, Natural Bridge, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are nearby. Easy walking to trailheads, some that connect to the Appalachain Trail. Ski shuttle stops out front. Walking distance to cafe and overlook, tennis courts, and nature museum.
