This home is centrally located and close to many of Charlotte's major attractions. It's an easy walk to the Sugar Creek Greenway, restaurants, bars, and a number of top breweries. You'll be a $6 Uber to all the cool neighborhoods (Uptown, Southend, Noda, Plaza Midwood, etc) and the city center is only 2 stops away on the light rail's blue line! Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire home. This includes a large fenced in backyard with a stone fire pit, plenty of firewood, a bbq grill, two front porches, back deck, and a three car driveway (tandem). Keurig coffee, an office space, flat screen TV with live local channels and a Roku as well. Additional parking is available across the street and around the corner. The Neighborhood: This home is centrally located and close to many of Charlotte's major attractions. It's an easy walk to the Sugar Creek Greenway, restaurants, bars, and a number of top breweries. The city center is only 2 stops away on the light rail's blue line. Getting Around: There's a walking path one block away that connects you to Charlotte's wonderful greenway/trail system. The Charlotte light rail blue line (coming in 2018) is 3 blocks and very walkable. Or Uber/Lyft/drive to all the city's hot spots in a just a few minutes.
