You are invited & encouraged to lease my piece of paradise, with the convenience of SELF CHECK-IN. I WELCOME you to visit. You will feel comfortable w/the modern, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, views of sweeping-ocean & mt views. Home 4 families/friends 4 private usage, fully stocked home! The primary vacationer must be at least 30 years of age! Their guests/family can be younger. I have rules & regs & a contact form required, sent to U after booking to review, & complete! Guest access The ENTIRE HOME: No shared space, House is all yours, so social distancing can be achieved, and you will not have to interact with anyone during your stay! Other things to note This is a lovely home and it is not meant for parties and or other events like baby showers, bridal parties and birthday parties with large groups. There is not sufficient parking for these extra guests and the home is on a septic system and therefore, the septic cannot handle extra usage besides the 6 allowed guests.
