Our Marea Resort, open all year round, is located 2km from Moriani-Plage, with direct access to the seaside.It has 60 apartments and 2 comfortable sheepfolds, bordered by wooded gardens. In season, enjoy on site: a restaurant bar right on the water, an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a multi-sport court, a children's playground, a boulodrome and private beach access with deckchair rentals and water base (jet ski,paddle board,pedal boat). The space Our duplex apartment of 85m² is furnished, modern and can accommodate up to 8 beds. It consists of: An equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, filter coffee machine and espresso and cooking utensils), Three separate bedrooms (including two bedrooms upstairs) with storage, A living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a flat screen TV, Two bathrooms (one upstairs) with shower, hairdryer and toilet, A terrace with garden views, Air conditioning, heating and Wifi in the apartment. On-site laundry with extra charge. Please note: bedroom 1 on the ground floor (1 double bed), bedroom 2 upstairs on the mezzanine (2 single beds), bedroom 3 upstairs (2 single beds or 1 double bed) Other things to note Gym open to free access all year round Pool and Marea Beach Bar open mid May to September Marea Beach restaurant open from June to mid-September with the possibility of a breakfast package in the form of an unlimited and half-board buffet. Late check-in possible. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and mandatory end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. A deposit of EUR 400 per credit card (pre-authorisation) will be requested from the customer per accommodation on the day of arrival and will be returned at departure, unless damage is found.
