The space Anguyales is an old farmhouse that can accommodate 10 people. The house has been renovated by its owner David and it has kept its old character and original features. (wood, stone and terracotta floor tiles). David and Isabella will be delighted to recommend you the local attractions, sights and addresses during your staying. The region is great for sightseeing (cathar castles, abbeys, and wine visits) and trekking especially at the St Ferréol Lake near Revel which is perfect for sports and leisure activities, such as windsurfing, swimming, pedalos, and canoeing. At the property are available several activities: ping-pong table, pétanque, badminton, a rowing machine and a stationary bike. Guest access Description of the house: Ground floor: a kitchen, a toilet, a living room, a game room and a summer kitchen. On the first floor: right hand side 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Left hand side, a family room and a bathroom. The front garden is equipped with a shaded terrace, a garden table, chairs and a barbecue. Anguyales has a salt water mosaic swimming pool measuring 13m x5m (700 square feet) Other things to note It is strongly suggested that the Tenant should arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability incurred with the respect to major damage to the property and swimming pool caused by the Tenant or his/her guests. This is not covered by the Owner’s insurance. Tenant confirms that she/he has subscribed to personal liability insurance to cover any damage that might occur during the renting period (whether it occurs inside or outside the property, or to third parties). The Tenant agrees to provide documentary proof of this cover 15 days before the arrival at the property
