The space This 1910 style home located on the waterfront in historic Belhaven, NC is the perfect Haven for guests. Large home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, including two living rooms, both with TV. Open concept kitchen and dining area with room for all at the table. Water views from every room. Peaceful and serene. Please note: Between the home and the private lawn and dock is a quiet residential street. Also for sports enthusiasts there is now a 85inch HD tv in main living room. In addition to Roku, Netflix, Spectrum, there is also ESPN. Guest access Entire home and yard, dock as well HOWEVER, please note that the boat lift is not available to guests. There is a very nice boat ramp on the same street and guests may tie their boats up to our dock. Other things to note Highly recommend bringing "water shoes" as the swimming will be in the river. On the property sits a very old structure that was once used as a Chicken Coop. Now inside the "Coop" you will find games and chairs for your pleasure, including Croquette, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoes, Chairs for the dock, Noodles, corn hole, and more. There are hammocks, bikes, charcoal grills and a fire pit provided in the large back yard. Please be aware that the kayaks being stored in the back yard are NOT for Guests.
