This home is a duplex which has a shared wall, so neighbors are very close in proximity. There is also an ADU in front. Sleeps 6. Gated back yard for pets. lounge area in back yard with BBQ and games. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Office area to work. wifi, smart tv to cast entertainment. Guest access The entire home is accessible to you except the garage. Other things to note Contract-we ask our guests to sign an extensive contract that lays out our rules, city rules and expectations after you book our home. Parking- there is 1 parking spot on left side of driveway. Also, 1 parking pass provided for street parking. Must Display. If lost, renter is responsible for $500 per pass. Propane- there is propane tank for fire pit and BBQ. renter is responsible to fill up if emptied. Costs $25 at Albertsons. Will be charged $75 if we have to fill it up after your stay. Pet Fee- Our home is Pet Friendly and requires a $100 non-refundable fee PER pet.
