You will also have access to the clubhouse, a park with pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, and a basketball court. The space The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. Compete in basketball, pickleball, tennis, or hockey on the sports court; or pull-out spike ball and corn hole from the garage for even more entertainment! The kids will love climbing all over the kid rock wall or playing in the kid toy room while you barbeque a delicious meal. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine. - Pool heating is an additional $80/ day. - Hot Tub heating is included. -Max Vehicle Occupancy is 6 vehicles - two in the garage, three in the driveway, only ONE in the street. Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs need to be parked in the designated lots within the complex, or outside the community. If violation fines are charged to the owner of the home, they will be levied to the guest.
