Our "Seaside Bliss" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo in Jupiter Beach. The unit is on the 3rd floor with elevator access with a large private balcony with lovely views of the community lake. There is a George Foreman Grill on the private balcony! The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community lake. Both King beds and en-suite bathrooms. This property was renovated & designed by POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. The space Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. All appliances in the fully equipped kitchen are brand new and you cant beat the prime location! There is a large balcony just off the living room area which overlook the community lake. No old & frumpy furniture here, not in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property. Note: this property has bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs. We offer only the finest interior furnishings and if you think the photos look great, wait until you see 'Seaside Bliss' in person and experience true vacation rental luxury at it's best. Once you stay in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property, you wont want to stay anywhere else. Guest access Please note: Arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.
