The Cozzy House is a great location in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the Medical College and Froedtert Hospital, 2 minutes from the State Fair Grounds, The Milwaukee Mile the Race Track,The National Petit Skating Center, 4 minutes from Miller Park Stadium, 10 minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, and close access to the highway. This is a 2-story, 3 bedroom home, the main level has a living room, dining room, an enclosed sunroom, bathroom, a bedroom, and a brand new kitchen. 2 Bedroom Upstair. The space My space is unique because of the convenience of the location being close to downtown for nightlife but still in a quiet neighboorhood to relax after a long day. There is access to public transportation and the highway for easy access to anywhere else.
