The first bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two single beds on request. If you would like to have two single beds, please let us know as soon as possible. The second bedroom has a round bed with a diameter of 2m! The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speakers and a washing machine-dryer... When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products, unlimited coffee and tea). All our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a special post-stay cleaning charge of half your deposit. Guest access The property is very close to metro stations Bonne Nouvelle or Strasbourg Saint Denis. The street in which your apartment is located turns pedestrian every Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. The car access is therefore very controlled, you will be required to show a proof of residence (Airbnb, or Beauquartier invoice) in order to access it by car. We would advise you to park in the nearest parking located at 5-7 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009. Other things to note The residence is equipped with cameras in the common areas.
