It features a king bed plus a serene private outdoor seating area and a lavish en suite bathroom complete with a tub and shower. An large additional living room is located on the lower level, complete with another roaring fireplace, wet bar and a pool table. Three bedrooms are located on this floor as well. Cleaning for Large Groups Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Vail Butler representative will contact you to discuss. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking. Guest access Guests will have access to a private ski locker room at the top of Cresta Run (blue). Guests can choose to walk 2 minutes to the locker room or drive. Either way, you won’t have to walk in your ski boots.
