Guest access - It is an Independent Apartment with an independent entry on the Ground Floor hence the guest would have the whole space to them self with complete privacy and no disturbance or interference from anyone. - Though the apartment is on the Ground Floor, one has to climb 7 stairs to get into the Apartment.
