The Cherry Room , a cosy ensuite space tucked in the peaceful grounds of Kilmokea Gardens. It features a comfy double bed , private bathroom, and calming, classic décor — ideal for a relaxing countryside escape. A continental breakfast is available each morning in the guest kitchen just next door, so you can start your day at your own pace. During your stay, feel free to explore the beautiful gardens, wooded walks, and quiet corners of the estate. Indoor heated pool available June July August. The space The Cherry room is on the ground floor in the court yard suite. It has its own heritage grey front door leading into a cosy hallway. The colours in the bedroom are heritage terracotta and green and it is furnished with beautiful old pine and has three windows looking out into the court yard. This room is great for easy access to the gardens. Guest access You can access our seven acres of gardens, Tennis Court, and Gym complimentarily. We offer you an exclusive hour daily in June, July & August in the indoor heated pool on a complimentary basis. We have a Jacuzzi & Sauna & Vital Energy treatments which you can book. These are billed to your reservation. Garden Cafe is open Wednesday to Sunday in Summer. Other things to note We have three self catering houses in the grounds. Do contact us if you would like a larger accommodation to accommodate either 4, 6 or 9 guests. Activities within a 20 minute drive of Kilmokea include Kite Surfing, Horse Riding & Freedom Surfing at Carnivan Beach. A 5 minute drive away is the Kennedy Arboretum with lakes, bird life & playgrounds with a cafe for lunch. The Baginbun Beach Sauna is definitely worth reserving as is the Irish Experience Kayaking in clear blue waters in the caves around the headland.
