Walk to the end of our driveway, cross Tiny Beach Rd and you are at the most gorgeous sandy beach with crystal clear waters to rival the Caribbean! In the winter, we are a 30 minute drive from Mt St Louis. License STRTT-2026-079 The space Our cottage is over 3200 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large, open plan kitchen connected to a dining room that comfortable seats 10 people. The upstairs living room has an electric fireplace, a massive L-shaped couch and views over the water. Downstairs is a rec room and living room with ping pong and 2 couches with a big TV. We have a hot tub and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is a Springfree trampoline and a garage full of beach toys for your use. The garden is professionally landscaped and we have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows! Guest access Self check in available with a front door key pad. You have access to the whole house, the garage and the garden. The hot tub and outdoor shower are yours to enjoy. We just have one closet locked off to keep our stuff in. We won't be there, but we will have someone coming to check the hot tub on a regular basis. Other things to note The beach access is very easy. Just walk to the end of the drive, turn right on Timothy, cross Tiny Beach Rd South and you have the public beach access. Cars are not permitted to park on Tiny Beach Rd South so it's only used by local residents. On the beach we recommend you turn left (south), towards Blue Mountain. You can position anywhere on the beach after the first property which is private property to the water. Please also be mindful of the owners of lakefront properties and their privacy. They do not own to the water, this part of the beach after the blue house is public. We have left parasols, beach blankets, chairs, boogie boards, buckets and spades. Please feel free to use.
