Guest access Guests have complete, private access to the entire 3-floor townhome and the private 2-car garage (fits 2 small cars or 1 large vehicle). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee / creamer / sugar, hand and dish soap, and basic toiletries so your group can settle in quickly. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours before arrival. Max occupancy is firm — we cannot accommodate groups larger than 8. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. For your safety and ours, there is an actively recording doorbell cam at your entry and a security alarm that we only utilize when the home stands vacant. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room.
