BEDROOM 3: A cozy escape on the first floor with a queen bed, 45-inch Smart TV, and a bathroom featuring a convenient stall shower. Need extra space? Unfold the sofa bed in the living room, offering a surprisingly comfortable queen sleeping option. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring ample comfortable seating and a whopping 70-inch TV. Enjoy the throwback vibes with a record player and a collection of vinyl, seamlessly blending with our stunning mid-century modern furnishings. Cook up a storm in our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need. From a full set of appliances to a Keurig coffee maker with starter supplies, we've got your culinary needs covered. Gather at the bar or the full dining table for memorable meals together. Towels, full-length mirrors, hair dryers, and iron/ironing board – we've thought of everything. Guests have complete and private access to the entire townhome as well as the garage, with parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. We give our guests privacy and space, with keypad entry for ease of check-in. But we are always available by phone (text or call) for any questions, needs, or recommendations! The townhome is located in North Nashville, the city’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. It’s a vibrant, diverse, and quickly-evolving community very close to downtown. We are conveniently and centrally located, which means you’ll have quick access to EVERYTHING in Nashville! Close to all the highways and main streets, you can get anywhere you want to be in minutes. While this isn’t a walkable area, a very short Uber or Lyft ride will get you to a number of nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. Remember that staying so close to the downtown core means you’ll be in an urban community. Our transitional neighborhood has a mix of new construction (like ours), renovated homes, and older houses. With all the new development taking place, we love that we still have some original families on our street. Our neighbors are friendly and won’t hesitate to wave hello when you do! Uber: uberalece RECOMMENDATION: If you're planning to check out a few restaurants, spend evenings on or around Broadway and North Nashville/Germantown, enjoy some live music, and hit a few tourist spots downtown, you don't need to rent a car. Stick with rideshares, as the hard-to-find and expensive downtown parking will likely cost you more. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown average only $6-$8! However, if you want to explore more of Nashville beyond downtown (and, trust us, there is plenty more to experience!), then rent a car as things are spread out. Just about everything is in about a 15-minute driving radius, which isn't bad at all! Make note, that Nashville does not have an extensive public transit system (at least not yet anyway... FINGERS CROSSED!), and it's not a very walkable city in that there isn’t a natural flow to walk between neighborhoods. The easiest way to get around town is in a car. — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 6 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max of 8) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Max occupancy is firm & we cannot accommodate groups larger than 8. Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We have an actively recording doorbell camera at the front door on the exterior of the townhouse and a security alarm that we only utilize when the home stands vacant. There are—of course—no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
