The unit is on the Ground floor with a large private balcony with lovely views of the community lake. There is a George Foreman Grill on the balcony! Both bedrooms are accessed by one flight of stairs. The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community lake. 75 inch TV in living room! The space This property has been renovated & designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team in 2019. Luxurious living room with white leather sofa and 75" SMART flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and 65" SMART flat screen TV's. All appliances in the fully equipped kitchen are brand new and you can't beat the prime location! There is a large screened patio just off the living room area which overlook the community lake. The unit has a brand new LG washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. No old & frumpy furniture here, not in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property. We offer only the finest interior furnishings and if you think the photos look great, wait until you see 'Villa KOKOMO' in person and experience true vacation rental luxury at it's best. Once you stay in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property, you wont want to stay anywhere else. Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. Note: this property has bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs- INSIDE HAS ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO REACH THE BEDROOMS AS PER PHOTOS**PLEASE NOTE: *All arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement. *All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions. Guest access All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA. Other things to note There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed.
