Welcome! You will stay with us in fully furnished, well-kept, clean and cozy apartments with a cozy atmosphere. All our apartments are "non-smoking apartments". You will live like "at home," directly on the beautiful Moselle, in a prime location and directly opposite the world-famous Reichsburg Cochem. The walk from our district of Cond to the city center is approx. 10 minutes along the promenade on the river bank. Kitchen with dining area 2x shower/toilet From the balcony of the 2nd floor you can enjoy the unrestricted and best view of the entire Moselle Valley from the Sehl district to the Imperial Castle of Cochem, the skyline of the entire old town to the Endert Valley (with Winneburg) and the generous vineyards of the Pinnerberg. The fully equipped and cozy apartment is also well suited - just like apartments no. 1 and no. 3 - if you do not necessarily want to spend your activities in the extensive offerings of the holiday region of Cochem and the region, but also want to simply relax for a day in fine weather.
