This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit Downtown Indianapolis. It has a peaceful atmosphere and provides more Space than your normal hotel stay to stretch out and relax. This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The space Some Unique features are your own Porch with front door electronic lock self-check-in access after 4 PM. You have free Wi-Fi and a Roku TV where you can access your personal Netflix & Hulu accounts. If you don't subscribe to these streaming services you can still watch your programming with the Antenna option. Just click the picture of the antenna option on the settings screen. The studio is spacious with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The full kitchen has a new gas grill top cast iron stove. We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars. We do have an air bed available for an small additional charge Other things to note I welcome new experiences and work hard to provide the best for my family.
