Please no large parties or outside guests (without prior permission) — just good company and good memories! ✨ Step into our custom-built, open-concept home, 22-foot ceilings, hand-crafted wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views. The Amish-built kitchen is a dream for any home chef, featuring bright quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to cook and gather comfortably. On the main floor, you’ll find a full guest bathroom and a spacious bunk room with four custom twin bunks—each with its own reading light and privacy curtain. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level. You’ll also find an infrared grill ready to BBQ. Upstairs, a loft workspace with a desk overlooks the main living space. Through French doors, you’ll enter the master suite, a peaceful escape complete with an open bathroom, tiled shower, private toilet room, electric fireplace, mounted TV, and a plush Nectar king mattress. The fully finished walkout basement offers even more space to relax and play. Enjoy a second living area with a mounted TV, 9-ft pool table, brand new queen sleeper sofa, and a mini bar area with a sink and fridge. Just outside the basement bedroom (which includes a custom queen bed, TV, and foosball table), you’ll find the third full bath with a stand-up shower. Step right outside to enjoy the large saltwater pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and an 8-person hot tub (open year-round). A fenced-in firepit area is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. ⸻ Extras to Enjoy: • The garage is stocked with ping pong, cornhole, frisbee golf, and sleds for winter fun • 70+ wooded acres to explore, with optional hunting access available for an additional fee • Pet-friendly (pets must be leashed outdoors, and owners must clean up after them) ⸻ Security Information: For your safety and peace of mind, we have four outdoor-only security cameras, active 24/7: • Ring doorbell at the front (purple door) • Ring floodlight camera by the driveway/chimney • Ring floodlight camera above the basement sliding door • Ring floodlight light out back of Garage facing the creek These devices record video and audio and are in place for security purposes only. Please Note: • This is a pet-friendly home. Our cleaners do an excellent job, but an occasional pet hair may remain. • The home is nestled in nature, so insects or the occasional critter (frogs, salamanders, mice, etc.) in or around the pool and grounds are possible. • Utilities such as electricity and internet are provided by third parties and occasional outages are beyond our control. These are not grounds for refunds. • Maintenance staff may be on-site for routine pool, hot tub, lawn, or snow care, depending on the length of your stay. • For guests staying Thursdays/Fridays, we ask that you kindly roll the garbage and recycling bins to the end of the driveway on Thursday night for Friday morning pickup. Security Notice: There are three outdoor security cameras: a Ring doorbell (only records when pressed), a Ring floodlight by the chimney, and a Ring floodlight above the basement sliding door (pool/hot tub area).
