Open layout, newly renovated kitchen/gas stove, new flooring throughout and 2 newly renovated bathroom. High speed Wi-fi. The space This open and bright cottage style house on the edge of the woods is a perfect getaway. Whether for 1 retreating for art or working from home, or a family looking for a simple space with modern artsy decor and great access to the outdoors. Meals on the side-deck, bbq, walks in the nature preserve, outdoor gas fire pit and an outdoor shower, create the feel of being on vacation while staying at home. Walk, bike or ride to bay beaches, and natural sites. Bedrooms are simple and comfortable. Lots of pillows and cozy bedding and AC units in all rooms. Master bath newly remodeled with heated floors and steam shower. Drawers and closest abundant. Books, games, kitchen equipment and dish-ware abundant. Chaise Lounges and outdoor furniture. RC truck course in backyard if you have kids. Comfy blankets and pillows and beachy feel. Grounds maintained. Not fancy, but charming. Guest access Access entire house. Basement access limited to laundry area. Storage closets will be clearly marked. Use any dishes, cookware, books, games, etc respectfully. Owner is not wishing to enter home but will send service people immediately with any needs. Renter responsible for cleaning during their stay. Other things to note Some personal items will be in house. Bedrooms will be completely empty. Owner willing to make further space for longer term rentals. House will be cleaned and sanitized with great attention. Available July- to mid September (long term ideal). Holiday weekends/weeks as well. Garbage pick up every friday. A/C units in bedrooms and ceiling fans in common space and upstairs bedrooms. House stays cool and breezy in summer. You will be responsible for cleaning during your stay. Cleaning service # can be provided. Best to procure a non resident beach sticker for your stay. Small gatherings fine. Any gatherings over 15 people must be cleared with me (i'll alert neighbors and all is cool on my block)
