The space In the hamlet of Près, we renovated the Pousterle apartment in this large village house. The Pousterle vacation rental is on the 2nd floor and access is via a common staircase. Located in the Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 resort, this vacation rental is the perfect base for hiking and other activities in summer and for skiing in winter, as the chairlift that connects the 1400 resort to Puy-Saint-Vincent 1600 is right next door, 50 m away. The 45 m² vacation rental has a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet and a hall. In summer you can enjoy 2 private balconies, including 1 wooden one with table and chairs and deckchairs, to enjoy the summer. Secure common room with ski lockers and shoe dryers, also available in summer to store bicycles. A parking space is available. Food supermarket and laundromat and automatic dryer 100 m away. Once on site, you will have an explanatory welcome booklet in each accommodation, for your well-being during your stay and the safety of everyone within the Bâtisse des Prés.
