This one bedroom unit offers beachy elegance. Tumbled marble throughout condo. This 2nd floor condo has a great garden view and is centrally located in the heart of Ocean Village and only steps from the beach. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom area has two granite top vanities with walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite countertops, island, upgraded wooden cabinetry, & stainless-steel appliances. Queen sofa bed in living room is also a plus. Floor tile throughout unit. WiFi, basic cable, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from! The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise! Guest access CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide the Agreement and your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. If you arrive before 5 pm tell the Guard that you are coming to the Rental Office to Check In. If you arrive after 5 PM, your Keys and Check In Package will be at the Guard Gate. Other things to note Ocean Village is a very active community and there are always events going on. We offer in addition to a 9 Hole Par 3 Executive Golf Course, a Tiki-Bar, full service Restaurant, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Fitness Club, great biking areas as well.
