EV charging is free for Level 1 (120V). We may add a fee for Level 2 (240V) charging if our additional electrical cost exceeds $50. Santa Clara County adds an 8% Transient Occupancy Tax, which appears in our pricing breakdown as "community fee" because there is not a better option.
