The home is situated on beautiful grounds on an exclusive residential street with a heated pool and hot tub. There is gorgeous new outdoor furniture to relax on by the pool and all 4 balconies. What a view from the top!! The main floor has a master bedroom with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a separate kid's dining room stocked with games and books. The upper floor has 5 bedrooms and a separate room with seating and a tv. Bring your DVD's and video games! There are 6 bedrooms upgraded with new mattresses in Fall 2021. PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES*** Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
