Quiet neighbors surrounding and we would like all guests to be respectful. Other things to note No loud music permitted outside. IF THE NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR YOUR MUSIC IT IS TOO LOUD. Need to be respectful of neighbors. Treat our home as your own. Not a suitable location for parties. Thank you! All instructions are on display in the dining room and in the kitchen plus by the front door as you enter and leave. There is also a manual in the dining room for the hot tub but you can also check any questions on YouTube. The hot tub will be at 97 degrees you can turn it up to 102 but please turn back to 97 degrees before you leave. If you are using the hot tub throw 1/2 cups of granules in before you use. It is next to the hot tub. Garbage days are Wednesday and Thursday. Please place bins at the end of the driveway Wednesday evening for Thursday morning pickup and return them after collection.
