The property can accommodate up to 20 people & includes a detached guest house, an amazing game room, private indoor (heated) inground pool, a large yard to enjoy the beach fire pit & a boat house holding kayaks, paddle boards, and yard games! The house is completely furnished with contemporary furniture and all the necessary amenities. The space - First Floor - Kitchen, Dining Rm, Family Rm with TV (streaming/DVD) & 3 Bedrooms on this level (2 master bedrooms both w/full bathrooms, private library with sofa sleeper), half bath, laundry room. -Second Floor - 3 Bedrooms on this level (2 with queen beds & 1 larger bedroom with 2 queen beds & 2 single beds), 1 full bath - Lower Level - Family Room with TV (streaming/DVD/movies for the kids), Private indoor heated pool, 1 full bath, kitchenette w/ 2nd full size frig/stove/sink - Large patio off the lower level, a deck off the king master, & balcony off kitchen to enjoy a spectacular view of the lake - Game Room (detached/heated) with a pool table, ping pong, TV (streaming/DVDs/Wii), shuffleboard, foosball & large seating area - Guest House (detached/heated/air conditioned) with King master bedroom & Loft (1 full bed & 1 single bed), TV (streaming), kitchenette, full bath, sitting area and its own awesome view of the lake Guest access Guests have access to the entire property which includes main house, guest house, game room , boat house, large yard, & beach on Lake Huron shoreline. Guest house & game room are just a few steps away from main house. Boat house is close to the water. Other things to note -For mobility challenged people, everything you need is on the first floor of the main house once you manage the two steps through the front entrance. The kitchen, main dining area, queen master & bath, family room w/ TV, and balcony overlooking the back yard and lake are all on one level. However, to enjoy the pool, one would have to descend one flight of stairs to the lower level and another if they wanted to walk out to the beach. There are also stairs to the second level. - The guest house also has bed, bath, kitchen, & sitting area on one level, but there are stairs for access to the loft. - Note: stairs in the main house to 2nd level, & lower (pool) level and stairs in guest house to loft are a little steeper than normal.
