This cozy cabin for 2 or 3 people is surrounded by pine trees and nature, just 100 meters from the shopping center and 400 meters from the beach. An ideal place to disconnect, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the sound of the wind in the trees and the unique tranquility of the surroundings. Equipped to provide you with comfort and an unforgettable stay all year round. The space The cabin is fully independent, private and has a patio (deck) with grill and table to enjoy a rich barbecue, or to relax outdoors. It has 1 full bathroom. Top floor has access via an internal staircase. In winter the heating is by balanced shooting and for times of heat they have ceiling fans in the rooms. *Includes bed linen and towels. GROUND FLOOR: Includes a full kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, full bathroom, dining room with large window overlooking the forest, 32" Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, and a single bed. The outside includes ample deck with table, chairs, grill with counter and shower with cold/hot water. UPPER FLOOR: Includes a double bed and 32" Smart TV. Guest access Check-in is personalized between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm and the check-in time must be coordinated in advance so that the host receives them and delivers the key. After 8:00 p.m., check-in is self-service, and the host will provide the codes to enter the property. Other things to note Sleeps a maximum of 3 guests. The maximum capacity of the property includes infants and children, who must be considered within the total number of guests. The stay includes linens (sheets, towels and bath towels) for use for up to 7 nights. For longer stays, linen is changed every 7 nights “WITHOUT EXCEPTION,” for an additional fee.
