BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms - 4 on the ground floor and 2 in the outhouse. - AC, WiFi, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 4 rooms have king-size beds and 2 rooms have a queen-size beds. BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate wet area is offered in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room offers lounge-style seating and it can accommodate up to 12 people. - It offers WiFi access and a TV. - The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people. - There are 2 lush green lawns, ideal for outdoor games and activities. - It can seat up to 50 guests at any given time. - There is a private swimming pool of 80ft x 14ft size and 4-6.5ft depth. - It is accessible post 9 AM. - There is a gazebo near the poolside area offering seating space. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens - 1 modular kitchen on the ground floor of the villa and a kitchenette inside the outhouse. - The modular kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, grinder and water purifier. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like Monopoly, carrom, chess, or playing cards. They can lounge outdoors in the open sitout near the outhouse or the covered sit-out next to the pool and bar. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.500 for the pit. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Guests can purchase the freshly produced fruit at an additional cost. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - All veg and non-veg meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.2200 per person. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - All veg and non-veg meals can be provided in-house at additional costs during Christmas and New Years' for Rs.2625. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests can purchase fruits at an additional cost however they are requested to strictly refrain from plucking any fruit/flowers from the property. Guests found violating this request would be charged a fine of Rs. 1000 and the plucked items would be recovered by the caretaker. - There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas of the house. - There are friendly, local dogs at the property. - In case of a power outage, a solar inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 2-3 hours, and a 62 KVA generator that can support all appliances. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - The villa is sanitized and de-fogged after every check-out, hence guests are requested not to spray any harmful chemicals on the furniture to keep their polish intact. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
