Our apartment is located in the centre of Stockton Heath and is very close to the city centre. You will have WiFi, free parking, and a balcony off the kitchen. With 2 bedrooms, one bath, a living room and a dining area, this home has all you need for your stay in Stockton Heath. The space The apartment comprises of the following: Open plan kitchen diner with a dining table, fully equipted kitchen and 2 doubles sofas with a smart TV. Bedroom 1 - double bed Bedroom 2 - double bed with en-suite shower room Main bathroom - bath with integrated shower Secure intercom entry system Balcony off the kitchen diner The property has ample free parking Guest access We require guest to complete a self checkin form which includes taking the guests details and a copy of your ID. Once completed guests will receive checkin instructions via email the day before arrival. Guests can access the property anytime after 3pm. There is a lock box on site so there are no restriction times providing its after 3pm. Other things to note The property is a self-check-in property meaning that you can access the property anytime from 3 pm without worrying about collecting keys or closing times. We do request guests to fill in a self-check-in form which requires some basic info and a copy of your ID. Children of any age are welcome. We do not allow hen, stag or similar parties. In addition to that, we do not permit smoking within the property (Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. The wall-mounted ash box must also be used, do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony.) Furthermore, we cannot accommodate pets at the moment. Quiet time is between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00.
