The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed, Cable and flat screen TV along with an ensuite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen as well as a half bath. Upstairs level, There are 2 bedrooms, each having a Queen bed with Cable TV for your enjoyment. The loft area has a flat screen TV along with a couch for relaxing while streaming your favorite TV app or just relaxing. This couch also folds out to a Queen sized sleeper. Last but not least there is a full size bathroom to complete this level. This townhome also comes with a 2 car garage to park your car, your side by side, your bikes or whatever you need. The townhome is located 5 miles south of the center of Moab. 20 minutes to Arches National Park entrance. 45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park. 5 minutes to Moab Golf Course. 50 minutes to Dead Horse State Park.
