The Large Kitchen offers a plethora of beautiful granite counter space, full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The rectangular dining table seats six guests comfortably, while the bar seating in the kitchen seats three guests, thereby ensuring you will not run out of eating space. The Living Room is gorgeous. Exquisitely done in authentic tile, the Living Room comes with a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, a plush Love Seat, a plush couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a leather reclining chair with an ottoman, balcony access, and amazing Gulf views. The carpeted Master Bedroom boasts a large King bed, a flat screen HDTV, balcony access, and its own private bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a granite encased vanity, a makeup area, and a bathtub/shower combination. The carpeted Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds and a TV. The Guest Bathroom has a granite encased vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. This eighth floor property is directly on the beach, so the views offered here are staggering. Sit on your private balcony while you relax and enjoy the views of Destin’s famous beach including its sugar white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities include complimentary high speed wireless internet access and a washer and dryer combination inside the condo. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
