The space Consisting of approximately 815 SF of space, our condo is a fresh, clean and relaxing getaway located a couple blocks from the beach. It boasts a newly renovated full kitchen with all the usual accoutrements-refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and glassware, silverware, etc. The dining room has a table and seating for four guests. The living room has two comfortable couches and access to the porch, which runs the entire length of the condo and overlooks the catch and release pond. There are three flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a cushion-top and fine linens with a full bath attached complete with luxury bath sheets and towels. There is a second newly renovated full sized bath which is accessible from the main living area and next to the second bedroom. This bedroom has two twin-sized beds with cushion tops and high quality linens as well. We have a pack n play crib for little ones. There is a medium size cooler with wheels to keep your beverages cool while you enjoy the seashore. The condo comes complete with compact beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. Note: The maximum number of adult guests permitted are 4.
