Summertime on Skaneateles Lake awaits our next guests! Enjoy Lake Life with all of your family and friends! We have the cleanest water, best restaurants, and world class shopping! Settle into this spacious 3600 Square foot Lakehouse situated at the end of a Private Lane. Great house for entertaining family and friends for a week or weekend! Take advantage of a quiet picturesque setting with magnificent views of Skaneateles Lake! The space Guests enjoy an attached deck, front lawn, and staircase down to their own private dock. ***Docks will not be put in until end of May when weather is permitting. We will do our best to keep the docks in the water until late September or the first week in October but no guarantee. We are pet friendly but we do charge pet fee and there is a limit of the amount of pets. Guest access Private backyard, outside grill, and dock & gazebo down and the lake Other things to note We also own the cottage across from the Lakehouse which is also available for rent. It has its own path along the side of the house, private stairs and dock space for our lake cottage guests. We are pet friendly however we require a pet fee. Please also keep your dogs on leashes and pick up after them. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or beds. Garbage and Recycle bins are across the way on the right side of our lake cottage driveway. No smoking of any kind on the property-if we find that you did smoke we will keep your security deposit. There is no guarantee that we can have an early check in, especially from May 1st to October 1st. Docks will not be put in until the end of May weather permitting and come out by the end of September. All boats need to be approved prior to bringing or renting. Please note that our docks are not equipped to tie off/ dock a boat. Boats will need to use our mooring for overnight accommodation. We do have a gas grill however guests are responsible for propane refills. We recommend Tops or Ace Hardware to swap out tanks. We don't allow parties at all. We have neighbors and we want to be respectful of those neighbors . If there is a party, we will take from your security deposit. This is a family home and we care deeply about the home. We hope that you will respect our home, be kind to it, and clean up after yourself and your guests.
