When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off. Home Truths - There is A/C in the living room and bedroom - Located on the entrance floor - There's construction noise in the vicinity during working hours (8 am to 8 pm) - Luggage keeping service is not provided - No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages - The sofa can be converted into a bed Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD - A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations.
