St Michael's Place is a short term stay for patients and their families who need to come to Charleston to seek medical treatment. Located in the heart of old James Island, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, yoga, farmers market, parks, and a deep water boat landing, the home features an open concept living dining combo with wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry, 1 double bed, three twin beds, 1 fold-out double futon, and a Pack-n-Play for the little ones. Fiber optic ATT WiFi with Roku tv, board games, and play activities for the little ones plus a sitting room with lifecycle cardio-fitness bike. Out back is a private deck overlooking a lovely garden complete with gas grill and charcoal grill. In the garage you'll find two bikes, two beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cooler, umbrella and mats for your convenience. Fenced in front and back yards for your kids and pets. Unlike most VRBOs, this home is fully equipped with incidentals: paper products, trash bags, foil, spices, etc. so you wont need to trouble yourself with extras. Just bring your personal toiletries, cloths and food and enjoy. MUSC and Roper Hospital are 5-10 minutes from the home. Rent is sliding scale based on insurance.
