Newly opened after Covid. Smart recently renovated bedroom with double bed and private ensuite shower room/toilet in house shared with retired owners (2) only. This a a pet free, child free home. TV, Wifi and tea making facilities available in room. Quiet, 1st floor overlooking gardens. Shared use of breakfast room and living room. Free wifi. The space Room is decorated in calming shades of grey complete with ceiling fan for any warmer nights. Central heating available 24 hours a day. Hanging space for clothes and drawers for those smaller items. Small desk and chair alongside plugs for laptops/phones etc Mini fridge equipped with milk/water. Hairdryer and mirror provided in room. Iron and ironing board available on request. Regrettably, no washing of clothes or cooking is permitted. Toast and cereals available for breakfast. Ensuite bathroom includes shower, toilet, small handwashing basin and heated towel rail. Soap/shampoo/toilet rolls provided.
