Please state your intentions at booking if you plan to bring furbabies. Sorry, no cats allowed. ~There is minimal cell service. You will need to enable wifi calling on your smartphone and/or use messaging apps through wifi. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
